Once you have requested a withdrawal on the site, it will show as Pending. We aim to process your withdrawal within 24 hours.

After it is processed, the clearing timescales depend upon your chosen method of withdrawal:

• ACH: These take 3 to 5 working days for the bank to process the funds into the bank account.
• Visa® Direct: While withdrawals are almost instantly, please allow up to 24 hours.

You can keep track of your withdrawals by going to: Menu > My Account > History > Payment History. Once processed, they will show as Successful, when they have left our systems.

We will let you know via email once the money has been sent out, or if there is anything that we need before withdrawals can be processed.
